Acquired in 2016, the former Care home has undergone extensive renovation work. Elements have been sympathetically restored such as the original hardwood staircase. The sash windows have been modernised for equivalent sash uPVC double glazing.

The front door and electric gate to the car park are accessed using a PIN code and there are intercom facilities built into each room.

There is secure parking available to the rear of the property for up to 6 vehicles and a secure bike shed for cycles and motorbikes, for a reserved parking space there is a supplement of £25 a month on the prices stated below.
